Need help ! Sorry, we were unable to connect to chat

“Sorry, we were unable to connect to chat. Reconnecting in 2 seconds.” I have this probleme on my pc,PS4 and Iphone during more than 1 years ! i can do nothing, change my browser,cach,DNS,its not my connection and i don’t spam nothing works, i need help, ALL 3 minutes i’m disconnected from the chat if the chat stay without activity. (sorry for my english i’m not really good)
