Need help with making my own bot program?

Hey guys,

I’m new here and hope i’m in the right place. I am wanting to make my own bot for my stream just like Ankhbot where it is a program on my pc. Can this be done using Microsoft visual studio?

A chat bot can be created in virtually any programming language. Unfortunately you will probably not find anyone here to assist you with the specifics of building a bot. For that, you might want to search around Google or on StackOverflow for existing questions people have asked.

I suggest you take a look at GitHub for some examples of bots.
One thing for sure, it’s indeed possible to do this in Visual Studio.
