(NEW) How to get access to the key

Hello !
I’m new to this.

I have an idé about an application, but to make the application i need the twitch streams in it. But how do i get the key and the API to make the app so its synchronize with twitch.

Also the thing is that I’m not the person who can build and create an application. But i have some Contacts with a Company here in Sweden who builds applications to private persons, but am I allowed to hire a comapny to make the app for me ?
