I have an idea for our site to deliver testimonials in a way that looks like Twitch chat with the reviewers showing as channels typing in chat, and for realism I’d like to add random chat badges to their names and just wondering if these designs are copyrighted or if this would be permittable?

Hoping a staff member can offer some insight and/or resources to reference for any time I have these questions!

2 Key points being:

We generally do not approve the use of the Twitch logos in third-party marketing materials. This includes online and offline advertising collateral such as:

• Client and referral lists
• Sales presentations
• Print, broadcast, outdoor or online ads
• Product demos
• Signage
• Trade show booths
• Websites

Without express permission, we do not allow use of emotes. Twitch and/or third parties own rights such as copyrights, trademarks, and/or rights of publicity in emotes on Twitch. Please note that in addition to us, the use of an emote may require permission from such third parties.

So my advice would be to contact them via the contact email on that brand page, explain the specifics of what you would like to use and how how you intend to use those assets.
