The documentation for rate limits says that the rate limit for JOIN is “20 join attempts per 10 seconds per user”

The following table shows the rate limits for a normal account.

  • 20 join attempts per 10 seconds per user.

But I don’t know if this limit also counts for PART.

So my question: Does the JOIN rate limit also apply to PART?
