Hello,
the prompt that users used to get to publish their subscriptions in chat sometimes doesn’t show up, which means the announcement doesn’t get posted and we therefore can’t detect them. I know about 4 occurances.
When the legacy site was still available, telling people to use that instead was a good solution, but now that everyone is forced onto the new site, this issue doesn’t seem to be solvable by us.
