Pubsub events and future events

Hello,

I am going to create my chatbot connected to a overlay wich display alerts.

I want to know if with Pubsub we can have event when someone gift 5/10/20… subs to the community ?

Also, i have heard that the following event comming soon on Pubsub, there is a roadmap or something like this accessible ?
