Question about the "flood" ban

Hey there,

Im running a twitch bot for a rather successfull streamer. My question is, i know that i am limited to 20 messages / 30 seconds, but to bans / timeouts count into that limit? Or is it really just plain “messages”?

Any IRC PRIVMSG will count toward that limit. Since ban and timeout are sent via PRIVMSG, they will also count toward that limit.
