Receive chat messages from all live streams?

How can I receive chat messages from all live streams?

I need to create multiple accounts and each connect to 100 channels? (100 is the limit?)

There is no set maximum number of channels joined, only the rate at which you can join channels is limited.

I’m using tmi.js, and after 100 channel i have error “No response from Twitch”, the interval between connections to the chat - 2 seconds.

Are you sure that whatever you are trying to do is legal under the Developer agreement? https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/developer-agreement/

Please exclude my channel and all channels that I run bots in as per the wishes of the channel owner(s). We don’t not want our channels anonymously logged more than they already are thanks
