Search Stream API Call Unavailable

Does anyone know why this service is unavailable? Is it being discontinued, or is it just temporary? The rest of the API calls seem to work fine.

https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/search/streams/?q=Zelda
just returns:
{“error”:“Service Unavailable”,“status”:503,“message”:“Unable to retrieve search results”}

It seems to be working again now.

Is there any place to check on the status of these sorts of outtages, or is it just luck whether the service is up or not?

If I’m curious about the status of the API I usually head on over to http://twitchstatus.com/.

Under Web Servers you can see the status and load time!
