[SOLVED] [V5] "Get Live Streams" return nothing for some users

Hello ! :slight_smile:
I currently have a “strange” problem with the use of the “Get Live Streams” API (https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/streams).

When looking for a stream list via channel ID (channel=xxxx), the result returns nothing ({"_total": 0, “streams”: []}) for one of my users.
Changing parameters (limit / stream_type / language / etc) does not give any more result.

When I search for the user via the single API (https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/streams/{channel_id}), all information is returned.

This is the first time I have encountered this problem and I admit that I do not have a logical explanation.

It’s very simple, it comes from an old option disappeared that was still activate on the user’s account.

The little note below gives all the details.

Since November 25, we’ve received a number of support requests from users who had set these features and were still hidden from the directory. We found the settings hadn’t been entirely cleared on our end. As of December 5, 2013, we have cleared all stored Access Codes and resurfaced the Hide from Directory option for those of you who had this set prior to the feature removal. If you disable the Hide from Directory option, you will not be able to use it again in the future.
