Has anyone come across any of these webhooks not being delivered?
I am subscribing to both stream.online and stream.offline events as 2 separate subscriptions. I have verified that the subscriptions exist, I can see in the webhook handler that Twitch verifies them (as well as manually checking via the API that they do exist).
When I test this by starting a stream, I do not receive a notification. When I stop the stream, I do receive the notification.
