Streaming.. What do I need

Hey guys… I want to stream but I dont really know which requirements I need to do so.
Game: League of Legends
Im gonna buy a new Computer soon and I want one that’s able to stream :confused: My current pc is able to stream obviously but with an ingame fps of 10 ._.
What computer system etc. is good for streaming with at least 60 fps?
