I created a Twitch plugin for WordPress three years back. Twitch API was the first-ever API I worked with other than WordPress itself.
The plugin hit some bumps as I learned and as Helix came in. I got subscriptions working with some difficulty using Kraken endpoints but that was with temporary access to an established channel.
I no longer have such access and it is a sensitive thing to obtain. So I’m here to ask for suggestions and advice on how other developers tackle subscription-related endpoints.
When I’ve asked this in the past it seems most developers have an established channel themselves or work for an organization that does. Surely there are other options or do I need to establish a decent channel myself do you think?
