Are the new chat rooms in the desktop app that aren’t the main stream chat powered by TMI as well? If so, how do we use TMI to access those rooms? If not, is there an API to access those rooms? I can’t find any documentation on this at all yet.
They’re not powered by TMI at the moment (apart from whispers), and there is no public API at this time, but they are planning on exposing one to make bots possible.
