Tried to Create an Twitch Extension but no matter wich combination of letters its already Taken.
The Twitch Developer Rig is deprecated, and is no longer used to create Extensions. You need to create Extensions through the Developer Console https://dev.twitch.tv/console

You’ll also likely find that the extension is partially created on the console that dist linked.
You’ll be able to edit it and complete the wizard
