I created a Discord bot which, is able to show the most recent 5 chat messages of a livestream in Discord.
This is done automatically every minute whenever somebody goes live, for a “sort of live” chat experience in Discord.

I am wondering whether this violates any ToS or something like that, by showing these chat messages in Discord.
The messages are not persistent and disappear after a minute, also they aren’t saved to any database or anything like that.

Nope. Nothing I can think of.

But in theory, could the creator of the message still sue me for this feature, if not properly asked for their authorization beforehand?
