Recently I have had some issues with my streaming, I almost reached 400 followers, and everything were going great, until about 2 weeks ago, when my views started dropping significantly, I have even tried putting in the stream key manually after resetting it, and simply nothing is workin
Twitch has been acting weird, it’s been not notifying people I am online, I’m showing up in offline channels list, and you cant find my twitch account when searching for it, even though I’m an affiliate. However, if you go straight to my channel you can see my live stream, but my followers are not getting notified and I’m not showing up in categories etc so my average viewers and views overall have come crashing.
My channel is https://www.twitch.tv/HHGorgon, if you search it, it will not appear, and you will not see me as online, even if you happen to be a follower.
I’ve made sure my computer was updated. Turned everything off and on. Logged in and out. Uninstalled and reinstalled. I refreshed my stream key but when I went to put it into streamlabs it didn’t need one? I tried disconnecting my multistream to just stream to Twitch but that also did not work.
I have also narrowed this down to a twitch account/IP problem, I have tried streaming to the same account from my PC, mac and PlayStation 4. When I created another account it still would not work, but when I used an account with an American IP it worked just fine.
What am I doing wrong? I’m so frustrated I’m literally considering no longer streaming, but I have NO clue where the problem is coming from or what to do to fix it.
