Twitch game integration for website

I’m looking for a way to integrate game directory with specific language (https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Tom%20Clancy’s%20Rainbow%20Six%3A%20Siege/no) to our website. I’ve seen several solutions for player and VoD but nothing for a game and preferred language.

Could anyone be so kind and point me in the right direction?

For future readers, streams API with the game_id and language parameters.
