Twitch reclaiming usernames and bot accounts

Heya,
Twitch announced that they are starting to reclaim inactive usernames very soon.
How will this affect bot accounts? I basically never log into my bot accounts, but they are constantly connected to chat. Will they be reclaimed as part of this thanks to me not logging on to them in the browser? Is there some way we can prevent this from happening in an automated manner?

The policies make it seem like they shouldnt, (being logged in to chat is “activity” in my understanding), but I wanted to make sure I dont suddenly lose access to my bots.
