Twitch Status on Wordpress

Hi guys, i looked everywhere but didn’t found what i needed, i need a piece of code that can show the status of Twitch streams on a wordpress website. I want something similar with the picture i uploaded but only with name of stream + link to it (but only when they are online).

You are probably looking at using this end point https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference#get-streams
