It is not possible to subscribe to a channel using the API.

but i see some sites have subscribe buyer

Most sites with a ‘Subscribe’ button are usually just a link to the page to purchase a subscription, and don’t provide any functionality to actually trigger a subscription as there are no 3rd party API endpoints that allow you to trigger a subscription for a user.
