Hi everyone. Do you know what are Twitch’s restrictions on chat bots (for developers)? For example, to what extend can the bot advertise a third party service? Thanks!

The bot rate limits are defined here

as for the content of the messages, that would be covered under the normal TOS and Community Guidelines.
