Hello my daughter just got until dawn on ps4 and for some reason chat is not coming through on the screen. If we go onto any other game it works just fine just with this one. I have tried just about everything I can possible think of. I have changed to google DNS used original dns also reset network, password and delinked account from ps4 and then reconnected nothing seemed to work. Is there any suggestions that anyone can make as to why this maybe happening. Is it just part of the game itself or is it just a setting on my end that I am not seeing or do not know I need to removed. Thanks in advance for any information leading to the resolution of this issue.
