hey, on the twitch app on xbox one, could chat be added when streaming straight from xbox one to twitch? also webcam support ETA?

I strongly encourage this as it would see to only benefit them And will make many smaller channels able to use their webcam through the app instead of happening to buy a whole new pc themselves this would help a variety of people being an affiliate myself this would greatly enhance the quality of my stream
