There are many times where streamers dual stream. I would like the ability to combine our chat channels without forcing the viewers to switch between the two. This would allow users to see both chats without having to send messages in each one individually. This would require, but not limit to, the following changes:

a way to Approve/Deny connection to another users chat channel

A link to request connection to another persons channel, and a way to transfer messages from one channel to another.

denied transfer of chatbots such as nightbot and moobot

denied transfer of banned/timedout users

Perhaps denial of chat commands
