What happend to jtv command responses?

Normally whenever I or my bot timed someone out I got a response in #jtv with something like “user has been timed out” or “user already banned” etc. Then last week those responses started coming in the same channel as private messages from user jtv. Now they seem to be gone completely.

Can you give any info on what’s gonna happen to those in the future?
