What is this ID in this API link for Twitch?

So I have this 3rd party data API that is using the Twitch API to collect data for streamers, I want to use it but I am having trouble linking the URL to the streamer in my app.

For example here is the URL:
sullygnome.com/api/charts/linecharts/getconfig/ChannelViewers/7/0/78121/xQcOW/%20/%20/0/0/%20/

I can’t search for the streamer data without that ID (in bold) and I don’t think that is the CHANNEL ID that Twitch API provides, so I need some help figuring out what that ID could be. Or how I would go about linking the URL to the streamer page on my web app.
