Whitelisting extension for ios

Hello, I requested to get our extension whitelisted for Ios devices almost a month ago with this form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfbs2ct_tCzvzEf5UeuOgCeKRiaGl8WqztveUqr3T1jBH_U0w/viewform) and haven’t heard anything since. I didnt even get a mail that the form was submitted successfully.

My question is now: did I do anything wrong or is there just a huge delay at the moment?
