I used to be able to watch streams on Source, full screen, without any dips in video quality. In the past week, however, I am often unable to watch streams in Source without the quality dipping (often to mobile quality) every 10 seconds or so. Since the video quality never used to change on its own unless you had it set to Auto (the stream would simply buffer if your connection was too slow) I’m assuming there was an update implementing this (very poor) feature. What gives? I simply cannot view streams at a good resolution anymore, and even when I set it lower the dips persist. Why was this implemented and can you work on fixing it asap? My connection is fine, by the way.
