Would these specs be able to live stream call of duty in 1080p? 60FPS?

Hey I am a novice when it comes to computer specs so I need your help. I am wanting to start live streaming on twitch tv but I am not sure if my pc would be able to run a smooth, clear, high quality stream. Firstly I will say I would be using the xbox one & ps4 with the elgato HD capture card. Here are my computer specs.

Windows 8.1
P - Intel Core i5-4570 processor. (3.2GHz, 3.6 GHz with turbo boost 6MB cache.
Storage - 2 TB HDD, 7200rpm
RAM - 8 GB DDR3
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Graphics card memory - 2 GB GDDR5

Would I be able to live stream in 1080p @ 60 FPS without lag, ect?
Also would I be able to play games like " DayZ" & “Minecraft” at there highest resolution while Live streaming it to 1080p @ 60FPS?

Thank you in advance.

CPU is important on it. graphics card for gameplay. mine is 2xxx. yours looks more better. so i think it is possible. maybe try PC cafe where there are high specs. watch around high spec streamers.
