Chat timeout reason taken away?

Hello.
Have the timeout reason been removed from irc?
The only update on this is [BETA] Timeout reasons & durations and cant find anything in the docs.

The response i’ve get is the CLEARCHAT with all it’s tags but without ban-reason. https://i.imgur.com/wIFPExA.png
Do i need more then CAP REQ /tags? can see it is working in browser. can only mods see it?

Ban Reason show null or n/a in my Bot

Check out I went digging, it got moved from TMI to PubSub. Which be why it’s not in the docs either. There is a discussion thread on the matter from 2016, which basically says “use pubsub”
