Moderators can not Modify Channel Information through endpoint?

Since the Modify Channel Information endpoint does not have moderator_ id as a query parameter. Does that mean that moderators can not change channel information through the endpoint?

The documentation states for the required broadcaster_id param:

The ID of the broadcaster whose channel you want to update. This ID must match the user ID in the user access token.

This means that the OAuth token used to Modify Channel Information must be from the broadcaster.
