Bot Account for all Stream Team Members

I need a bot that is used in each Stream Team members account that responds to universal Stream Team Commands and can use timers while the streamer is streaming.

https://imp.operaevent.co/ currently provides our stream team the ability to intergrate a streamlabs bot using a twtich account into each individual streamers account. I’d like to get away from IMP.

I am the interim Stream Team Leader for a Charity Channel on Twitch with 193 members on it’s community team. I have little to no programing experience since the late 80s. I have zero knowledge of what or where to start. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it greatly.
