Hello, as the Title say.
i have a bot that hangs out in a lot of channels.
I dont want that people needs to spam commands in the public chat of each channel.
i want them to whisper me!
will this always work?
i mean is there a anti spam bot protection or something that if exist i can switch off?
to be clear.
can i be sure (or how to insure) that i will always receive all whispers made by a lot of users?
