Creating a List of Top Channels (>10,000 followers)

I’m attempting to display a list of Twitch’s top channels, those with over 10,000 followers. I’ve browsed the documentation and can’t seem to figure out how to search for channels this way (relatively new to programming in general). Can anyone shed some light on how I might go about generating this list? I’d greatly appreciate it.

We don’t allow browsing a list of all users, so I don’t know of a way to get a list of users with over 10,000 followers.
