Embed styling customization

Hello!

I am working on a website including chat embeds but those do not match the css styling of my project.
I know that modifying the embed’s HTML is prohibited but can I modify its CSS styling ? And if yes, is there any “best practice” to do it?

You cannot cross the iframe “security border” to modify CSS.
