I have an issue with the IRCv3 tags: I lose them over time. At some point in time the server will simply stop sending the tags for PRIVMSG messages, but disconnecting/reconnecting the client fixes it for a while. It really doesn’t last long though (less than 24h usually).
This seems rather new (I’d say it started like a week ago), and I believe this to be a bug.
Are you perhaps disconnecting from the server and not resending the CAPs if you reconnect automatically?
Actually this might be it, my client is running over an unstable connection and I know that I only sent the CAP tags on a manual reconnection. Thanks, I’m trying this out.
