Open a link to a url in a chat

I start with twitch and I can’t find the answer to my question anywhere.
I need to automatically launch a url when someone enters an order in the chat. Is there an extension? Another way ?

No, all you can do is, show the <a href clickable link, you can’t (and shouldn’t) auto open a link
