First I tried creating the blue isle studios organization from brenden@blueislestudios.com. I got a rejection notice a few days later with no information as to why.
I ask around our studio to see if we have a main company account, they give me the credentials. I try setting up the organization under this account (our main account), and once again I’m met with a rejection. Either someone else has claimed our games or there’s something wrong in the system. We are Blue Isle Studios, and we need to register our organization so that we can begin our marketing campaign of Twitch drops.
Any assistance you can provide would be sincerely appreciated. Time is of the essence.
