Today it is rare that services give such access to their api that’s why I was wondering if we have the right to use the Twitch api for a commercial project? A project that could make money but is based on the Twitch api.
The Twitch Developer Agreement lists what is and isn’t appropriate commercial usage, as well as what use cases may require entering into a separate legal agreement with Twitch.
Thank you for your answer, we agree that as long as the project does not earn money no agreement is necessary. And that it will be possible to put an agreement with Twitch when the project starts earning money, although I don’t feel like my project needs an agreement with Twitch knowing that it only collects user information as a profile.
